MAIL AND ADDRESS BOOK


Creating a message
1. Click the mail icon in the Bookmark bar to open your mail database.
2. From the menu, choose Create - Memo.

3. Address the message by entering at least one name (or e-mail address) in one of the address fields--either the To, carbon copy (cc), or blind carbon copy (bcc) field.

4. (Optional) Enter additional names in any of the three address fields.

5. (Optional) Type a subject in the Subject field.

6. Click in the rich-text area (Body field) and enter your message.


7. (Optional) Attach any files(s) you want to include with your message.

8. (Optional) Near the top of the window, click the "Delivery Options" button and select delivery options.

9. Click Send.
