SETTING USER PREFERENCES
Mail preferences
You control some Notes preferences from the User Preferences dialog box, and others from
preferences within your mail database
. Click any of these topics:
Use a different Personal Address Book or more than one
Use a word processor instead of the built-in editor for mail messages
Change how you save your sent mail
Add a digital signature to your sent mail for security
Encrypt your sent mail for security
Turn off the "Fw" prefix on forwarded mail messages
Change how often Notes check for new mail and what happens when new mail arrives
Update your Inbox with messages received since you opened it
